How MoonClerk Helps Elevated GRP Spend Less Time On Accounts Receivable
Posted by Dodd Caldwell · May 12, 2016
Vincent Di Nino, of digital marketing agency Elevated GRP, talks with us about how using MoonClerk’s recurring payments have reduced the time his company spends on the collections process for his accounts receivables.
Can you tell us a little about Elevated GRP?
Elevated GRP is a full service digital marketing agency focuses primarily on servicing small businesses in the restaurant and retail industry.
What are your day-to-day responsibilities?
My day-to-day roles are prospecting for new accounts, managing my 4-person marketing team, and communicating with our existing clients on our progress and status.
How did you get your start?
Elevated GRP began as a 1-man operation (me) when I decided that I no longer wanted to work for anyone else but myself.
What have been some key factors in your business’s growth?
The biggest factor of our growth has been making the decision to devote 100% of my time to the business. Prior to doing that, I was still working a “9-5” and trying to launch Elevated GRP. Once I decided to commit fully, that’s when the growth really began.
What do you use MoonClerk for?
We use MoonClerk to invoice and bill both our monthly retainer clients as well as our ad-hoc projects.
What made you decide to use MoonClerk?
Squarespace, the CMS system that I use to power my website, recommended MoonClerk.
What do you like about MoonClerk?
I like the fact that MoonClerk reminds my clients for me when payments are upcoming and automatically takes care of the credit card updating process by allowing my payers to update their own cards.
How has MoonClerk improved or helped your business?
MoonClerk has drastically helped us manage our accounts receivable.
Any advice for others who are in similar industries?
Try to run 100% of your business through MoonClerk if possible. We run 80% of our revenue through MoonClerk. Of the remaining 20% which we don’t run through MoonClerk, we spend way more time creating invoices and following up on collecting the money from those invoices than we do for the payments we take through MoonClerk.
