Can you tell us a little about what you do?

I’m a Business Coach for female entrepreneurs or women who are hungry to make a transition from the corporate world. I help women bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to go.

What are your day-to-day look like?

I split my day between 1:1 clients and creating content to deliver either via a speaking engagement or for my online courses.

How did your organization get its start?

I got started due to the demand of women business owners. I was coaching women in a specific industry with a larger corporation, but always had the desire to work with and be an entrepreneur too.

What have been some key factors in growing your business?

One of the key factors in my company’s growth has been understanding why I got started, who my customer is, and staying clear on those when opportunities are presented or I’m making decisions.

What do you use MoonClerk for?

I use MoonClerk for all of my client payments. I use it for the recurring payment plans as well. I love the ease-of-use for both me and my client.

Before MoonClerk, did you use another payment system?

Before MoonClerk I tried MANY different methods of payment and had a terrible time with all of them. The other payment systems were not easy to use. The checkout process was hard and clients did not like it. With these other payment solutions, I often received payment significantly later than what I was expecting, or not at all, and then I had to be in communication with my clients about money, which is the worst when you are trying to coach them and be their advocate. The worst part was that they didn’t have the easy recurring payment plans that MoonClerk has. I loved the customizable nature of MoonClerk.

What was your experience when switching and getting started with MoonClerk?

I enjoyed the experience of switching to MoonClerk, if that is even possible. Once I created the payment plan I had one simple link for each client to use instead of each-and-every client having their own link. I loved that it was already done for me too, instead of me having to set up the client online and then sending them the link and invoice that was unique only to them. MoonClerk makes the bookkeeping simpler as well because I don’t have old invoices that were simply created for one-off prospective clients. The time savings that MoonClerk provides is HUGE when I’m pitching clients.

How has MoonClerk improved or helped your business?

The best metrics for me are that I now get 100% of my payments on the 1st of the month, without question vs. waiting on a client to see a link I email and then them choosing to pay when they are ready.

Any advice for others who are in similar industries?

Anyone else who has clients who operate on retainer should absolutely use MoonClerk. MoonClerk makes the process simpler than any other payment system out there. Believe me – I’ve tried them all.
