Can you tell us a little about Snowball Creations?

Snowball Creations is a paid advertising agency specializing in brands that make the world better. We cover all the major paid advertising platforms of today - primarily Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. 

What are your day-to-day responsibilities?

I’m the founder and CEO. I take care of our clients as well as help to scale the brand to add ever more value where I can. 

How did you get started?

Over 6 years ago now, I was running an eco-tourism startup and ultimately got great at the marketing side, in particular. I started getting requests for marketing help and it turned out that was far more my calling!

What have been some key factors in growing your business?

We practice what we preach so we use a lot of ads for our own marketing. It’s a double win of learning the platforms as well as getting leads.

I also had a background in sales before my startup life, which I think is arguably the most important skill to figure out, one way or another.

What do you use MoonClerk for?

I’ve used MoonClerk now for literally the whole 6-year history of my business. We started out with small growth-hacking packages and now, exclusively running paid ads, we’re using MoonClerk to manage payment plans for our base of much larger clients.

What problems did you have with other payment systems?

I found them not easily adjustable and just generally restrained. Agency life is ever changing, and so are the packages that we need to set up. So, the awkward structure that other payment systems offered blocked us from making those adjustments as we needed.
