New Feature: View A Log Of All Your Activity In The MoonClerk Dashboard

If you have a MoonClerk account and have checked your dashboard recently, you might notice a new feature. We’ve just released a log that displays many of the changes you, as the account holder, have made in the dashboard.

We have an activity section that allows you to see a full log of all changes you’ve made. Learn how to view this full activity log.

We also have a section that allows you to see a log of all the changes you’vee made to a specific recurring plan. Learn how to view a recurring plan’s activity log.

We launched this new feature on the morning of Feb. 22, 2016 (last week.) This activity log will begin as of the time that we launched the feature. It is not retroactive, meaning it won’t display a log of your activity before we launched it.

You’ll notice that for some sections, the detail and description for the changes you’ve made in the dashboard is very granular. For changes in other sections, the changes aren’t as detailed. This may change over time and become more granular for all changes you make. For now, we’re only logging changes that you, as the account holder, make inside the MoonClerk dashboard. We don’t currently log any changes your payers make in the activity logs (such as updating their billing information or canceling their recurring plans.)
