When we first met Olly, he was on a legacy payment system paying high transaction fees and was without a web interface where he could manage his clients and their payments. He looking for a new system that would be less expensive, would put him in the driver’s seat, and would automatically charge his clients their membership fees and then deposit straight to his bank account. We were able to help him out and he’s been a customer ever since.
According to Olly, one of the best things about MoonClerk is how it helps him better serve his customers, “It allows me to focus on the customers and not have to chase down everybody each month for checks and payments and allows me to give a better service to my clientele… It’s easy to use. I’m not the most technically savvy person but yet at the same time I’m able to get all of the information about my clientele… It allows me to spend more time for my clientele rather than chasing down payments every month.”
